The Tulperij is surrounded by tulip fields in the heart of the Bollenstreek. It is a family business that has been growing tulip bulbs for several generations and has been open to visitors for a number of years. The cosy flower greenhouse is the ideal stopover during your cycle route or sightseeing tour. So hop off your (rental) bike and enjoy the tulips and a snack and drink.
In spring, the beautiful daffodils and, of course, colourful tulip fields of the nursery bloom. There is also a show garden and a picking garden with many different tulips and other spring flowers. There are a number of tours every day where you can learn everything there is to know about growing tulip bulbs.
In the summer, De Tulperij has a beautiful dahlia show garden and a picking garden. Of course, in the summer, the flower greenhouse is also the ideal break location.

De Tulperij is open to visitors during both the tulip season and dahlia season. From Thursday 21 March until 12 May 2024 the new tulip season starts. Then the following opening hours apply:
